We’re a family-run business based in Worcester and proud of the people who keep it all going. From quoting and planning to cutting timber and fitting sheds, we do it all in-house.
Alex leads the business and is always on the move, making sure things run smoothly and customers are looked after. Gemma manages the workshop and the admin and keeps everything organised. Frazer and Ben help with manufacturing, fitting, and everything in between.
We all pitch in and work closely together to make sure you get the service and quality you expect. We’re always just a phone call or message away.

Can I get a VAT receipt?
Each order is shipped with a sales receipt including VAT information.

What are "nom" and "fin" sizes?
Timber's nominal (nom) dimensions are larger than the actual standard dimensions of finished (fin) timber. Historically, the nominal dimensions were the size of the green (not dried), and rough (unfinished) boards that eventually became smaller finished timber through drying and planing (to smooth the wood).
Do you supply to the public?
Yes. We welcome DIY as well as trade, and are happy to provide our goods and services to the public.

No, you can’t order directly via the website. Instead, call us to discuss your requirements and we’ll provide the best offer for what you need. If you’re happy, we can go ahead and place the order over the phone.
Where do you get your timber from?
At Worthington's Timber, we source our own timber and sell it directly to you. This means we can keep the quality high and the prices fair. We also offer a cutting service so you can get the timber to the size you need.
We stock a wide range of products including timber decking, fencing, sheet materials, insulation, flooring, doors, and timber buildings.
